Come sew, meet people, keep it casual. Perfect for advanced beginners, occasional makers, or anyone wanting to be part of a creative community.

What's Included in the Half Yard Membership?

• 4 hours studio time/month (hours don’t roll over)
• Shared storage cubby for your projects and materials
• Extra hours at $32 an hour, as few as 1 at a time

Also Included:

• Detailed orientation at sign-up: where everything is, building access, and where your cubby lives
• Use of the studio’s equipment:
  • • 3 oversized cutting tables
    • 10 sewing machines and a serger
    • Irons, tailor ham, steamer, rulers, rotary cutters, and scissors
    • Thread, pins, clips, chalk, needles, and other notions
    • Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, and kettle
• Schedule studio time for whatever lengths suit your schedule, 1-4 hours at a time, help is always close by
• Discounted early registration for all Unfold Den classes
• A members-only get-together once a month
• Thread Talks: a quarterly expert session with guest speakers, talks and live demos
• Free fabric scrap bin, use anything from here that you like
• Coffee, tea and snacks available for discounted purchase
• Discounted pattern printing available on site

Before you Purchase:

• Prerequisite: Must complete our 4-part Adult Intro to Sewing Series
• Initial 3-month commitment (paid monthly), then month to month, cancel anytime
• Set studio hours are available for members, schedule your studio time at least 24 hours in advance before coming in so we can be ready for you!
